Papaver nudicaule (previously P. croceum, P. amurense, P. miyabeanum, and P. macounii)
This is hardy but short-lived perennial that grows large, papery, bowl-shaped flowers. Flowers can be yellow, orange, pink, or white. The stem is hairy and curved.
